Hello Players.

Since some time we are seeing that some players are getting emails from adrees like this: 9dsupport. live. de

Please, it’s very important that you don’t answer these emails, the replies to these email are used to get your account information and steal your items/accounts.

The official email from Acclaim is 9dsupport@acclaim.com and you must have in mind that Acclaim will never send you an email asking your account information. Acclaim only will ask by email any player if you, previously, have emailed them.

Please it is very important that you all give this information to all your friends in game and tell them to share this information.

Haha... Solar means since GMs cannot restore your items cos they cannot verify if the player is lying or not, it is advised that you take Screenshots of your items on your char, in the 3 bags & of your storage... this way, if you get hacked, you can prove you did in fact have those items...

LOL ,hard work then 3 char x3 bag +2 storage + equip on each char
and must be updated evrytime we play? better not to share my id ^^

but, really that precaution is not good either, that means evytime u play u ahve to screenshot them.

Or even u can borrow some friend stuffs 1st then take a screenshot Razz

then when u got hacked give that screenie? I don't think it will help ^^
