I dunno what are buggs and what isnt anymore. I didn't play much this week... but everytime I log in, i see something different. This time, i looked at my rl wd bracer and its requirements had changed. It asks for less wis and for dex instead of ess... i saw sm and gb wd bracers in heifei, and their requirements had changed as well. They also ask for low wis and high dex....
is it going be like this from now on??

yeah I thought it's a good way to balance pvp but Bliz tried the dex requirement and still the icon appear beside ur name
