10/17/09 This Saturday it’s a BLESSED LAND VGM QUEST (4X EXP EVENT)

The Hermit so decrees...

To atone for the multiple player deaths caused by Lord Mara’s past possession of the VGMs, the following Event shall take place, where the VGMs shall compete to atone by attempting to out-buff the Warriors of The Land. At least one Buff promised to all who attend!

Event will be a 2X EXP Event, running as follows:

(Bardo) 2XP Event from 2 PM GMT to 9 PM GMT
(Asura /Nirvana) 2XP from 2 PM PST to 9 PM PST

During normal 2X EXP Times, there will be 4X EXP conducted. That’s where the most fun shall be!
(Bardo) 4 PM GMT to 6 PM GMT
(Asura/Nirvana) 4 PM PST to 6 PM PST
2X EXP will resume after 4X EXP concludes.

Notice: Experience Bonus Cards purchased from the Item Mall will work during the Event.
Check Posts on the Forums for updates. All terms are subject to change at the GMs discretion

If the problem is solved during the planned 4XP time, the VGM event shall proceed today. 2XP will continue, if it can.

And the event shall be run again tomorrow, same time, as well as again on next Saturday on Bardo... provided the issue can be solved on the technical side.

Acclaim is doing the best she can. Technology happens. My hope is that the severity of this problem results in a permanent solve.

From our pain, springs hope of this. During a crisis, it is hard to see a silver lining, I know.

I assure you the GMs are as dissapointed as you. But do realize, Acclaim cares. I have watched other companies operate, and if an event fails, they rarely even acknowledge the problem, much less compensate the players.

VGM Bella has confirmed that todays event will be repeated tmr(Sunday) as the same times.

:S So waited for 3.5hrs and they made it tomorrow where I can't play cos next day (Monday) is a working day.. great.. :/ Why dun they just make it 1 working compensation next week same schedule..
